You will receive a text message 48 hours before your scheduled time with a link to complete your registration and select your photo package. This will help us streamline your check-in process on the day of the event.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session for check-in at the welcome tent. Your actual photoshoot will last approximately 15-20 minutes.
Don’t worry! We have a rain date reschedule option. If weather becomes a concern, you’ll receive a notification 24 hours before the event with details about the reschedule. Final determination will be made by the photographer, only.
Your photos will be ready within 7-10 business days after the event. You’ll receive an email with a private link to your online gallery where you can view, select, and download your images based on your chosen package.
